The Youth Impact Program (YIP) is a dynamic initiative under the LEAD Initiative dedicated to empowering young individuals aged 6-18 with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive in leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, and sports. Designed to inspire and prepare the next generation, YIP ensures that young people develop essential life skills while fostering creativity, resilience, and confidence to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Our Mission

At YIP, we believe in shaping future leaders by equipping youth with the tools to excel in a rapidly evolving world. Through tailored programs and strategic mentorship, we nurture young minds, helping them develop leadership qualities, entrepreneurial thinking, digital proficiency, and sportsmanship.

Who Can Join?

The Youth Impact Program (YIP) is open to young individuals aged 6-18 who are eager to explore leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, and sports as avenues for personal growth and community impact.

YIP is structured around four core pillars that provide a holistic learning experience:

1. Leadership Development

2. Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy

  • Basic and advanced financial literacy tailored to age groups.

3. Technology & Digital Advancement

  • Digital literacy and responsible internet use.
