Grassroot Individuals and entrepreneurs including women from underserved communities face disproportionately higher barriers to acquisition of technical skills, market entry and needed community service. This disparity hinders their ability to thrive, limiting opportunities for economic empowerment, personal development and access to resources, impeding their growth potential.
