About the LEAD Incubator Program

The LEAD Incubator Program is a premier initiative designed to empower female entrepreneurs building tech-enabled businesses that drive social impact in their communities. This three-month intensive program provides fully funded spots to marginalized and underserved entrepreneurs, including women, linguistic minorities, newcomers, and immigrant communities. Participants will gain the clarity, vision, and strategic guidance needed to transform their ideas into thriving, scalable ventures.

The program is structured into three key phases: BUILD, SELL, and SCALE, ensuring participants gain the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to launch and grow their ventures successfully.

Month 1: BUILD

  • Develop a comprehensive Organization Profile and Action Plan
  • Build a compelling and unique brand identity
  • Design and launch a high-converting website

Month 2: SELL

  • Expand your email list and engage potential customers
  • Develop valuable and compelling content that converts
  • Strengthen your online presence and grow your social influence
  • Master the art of selling with confidence
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and boost profits

Month 3: SCALE

  • Optimize productivity and efficiency

While we provide affordable business spaces for low-income individuals, we also work with entrepreneurs who have the resources to invest in their business development. Whatever your situation, we’re here to support you in building a sustainable and thriving business.

​Registration for our Incubator Program would soon be reopen. Sign up to receive notifications when registration opens for the next cohort of new applicants.

​If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to an interview with our team. You’ll receive the interview questions in advance and have one week to prepare. While it’s optional, we highly recommend bringing samples of your product to the interview to showcase your work. This is a great opportunity to present your business and connect with our team.
